Social media platform Twitter has initiated the launch of a  Cricket tab on its India Explore page, which brings together live match scores, news, videos, and highlights of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

The cricket fans will be shocked to hear the news of IPL getting a separate page. It will help the users to watch live scores and all the related information about their favorite team. All the news about the ongoing IPL season will be displayed in the IPL 2022 section.

 Twitter has already unleashed a sweet gesture for IPL fans which includes IPl related emojis. Twitter has been the most interesting social media platform for discussing burning issues but IPL will make it a lot more engaging as people will get to know everything from Twitter itself.

Twitter has introduced this tab on an experimental basis for android app users in India. It will also give you a glimpse of the most interesting and latest tweets done by IPL fans. It will also have live cricket match scores that will help you to get a picture of the ongoing IPL match even if you don’t get the time to watch it.

The IPL Tab will also be showcasing off-camera moments along with the highlights with the interviews of your favorite team player. It is reported that Twitter has collaborated with Start Sports for its AMA show which will be broadcasted in four different languages like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, English, and Telugu. The show will have a brief discussion of events happening in the match along with the match previews 

The move taken by Twitter is appreciable from the side of Indian cricket fans as 75 percent of Twitter users are cricket lovers amongst which 58 percent are indulged in playing cricket.
