Tesla is in a series of troubles and the latest one is associated with Elon Musk’s older tweet about threatening the workers and abandoning them from stock options available. The panel of three-judge enquired him about the case.
Tesla filed an appeal with the National Labor Relations Board on Monday, asking the agency to reverse an order issued last week forcing Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk to delete a tweet that said his team at the car manufacturer was free to vote in favor of unions.
The NLRB’s decision, which was first reported by Bloomberg, came in response to a complaint from the auto workers at the Tesla plant in Fremont, California. Tesla had asked the NLRB to review the decision, stating that it would have a dangerous impact on the company. The complaint was filed by the United Auto Workers union.
As per the reports, a lawyer who is speaking up for the lawyer said that the statement that Elon Musk has said some unrealistic things which are not in the favor of the workers’ community. Some of the activists were also fired by the company and the court ordered the company to put them back in their positions.
However, Musk is denying the allegations against him. The decision will be done by the court in this unsolved matter.
